DenverWaterSoftenersCo provides complete water softener systems with professional installation included for residential properties in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado. Our services include:

  • Professional installation handled by experienced plumbing professionals
  • Warranty support and customer service for systems purchased through DenverWaterSoftenersCo

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or property at our discretion. Service availability is limited to our designated service area in the Denver Metro Area.

3. User Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and installation requirements
  • Ensure the installation professional has safe and reasonable access to the installation site
  • Not permit anyone other than a service professional authorized through DenverWaterSoftenersCo to perform maintenance or repairs on installed systems during the warranty period without risking reduced coverage
  • Follow all operating and maintenance guidelines provided at installation
  • Notify us promptly of any issues, malfunctions, or concerns with your system

4. Payment Terms

Pricing for all systems and services is provided upfront prior to scheduling. The quoted price includes equipment and professional installation. There are no hidden fees.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of installation unless a financing arrangement has been established
  • Financing terms are governed by separate agreements with our financing partners
  • We accept major credit cards, check, and ACH bank transfer
  • Returned payments may be subject to a processing fee
  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to applicable Colorado sales tax

5. Installation Terms

Typical installation scheduling is about a week from the date of booking, subject to installer availability, product availability, and property conditions. By scheduling an installation, you agree to:

  • Allow the installation professional reasonable access to your property during scheduled appointment windows
  • Ensure water supply can be temporarily shut off during installation
  • Clear the installation area of obstructions prior to the appointment
  • Acknowledge that installation may require minor modifications to existing plumbing

DenverWaterSoftenersCo is not responsible for pre-existing plumbing conditions that may affect installation or system performance. Any additional work required beyond standard installation scope will be quoted separately before proceeding.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

DenverWaterSoftenersCo offers the following warranties on installed systems (full details available on our Warranty Details page):

  • Lifetime warranty on tank and valve against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser while they own the home
  • 5-year warranty on electronic components and control valves
  • 1-year warranty on installation labor included with your system
  • 30-day satisfaction period for early concerns and resolution review

Warranties are void if the system has been subjected to misuse, unauthorized modification, or repair by non-DenverWaterSoftenersCo personnel.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DenverWaterSoftenersCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to water damage resulting from pre-existing plumbing conditions, loss of use, or economic loss.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
