What's Covered

Lifetime Warranty โ€” Tank & Valve

The tank and resin valve on every system we install are covered against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser's ownership of the home. If either component fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

5-Year Warranty โ€” Electronic Components

The electronic control board, display panel, and WiFi controller (on applicable models) are covered for five years from the installation date. This covers component failure under normal operating conditions.

1-Year Warranty โ€” Installation Labor

Installation labor included with your DenverWaterSoftenersCo system is warranted for one year. If an issue arises due to the installation work, contact us and we will handle the follow-up process.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you have concerns within the first 30 days, contact us directly. We'll review the issue with you and work toward a reasonable resolution.

Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered under our warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow operating instructions
  • Repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than a service professional authorized through DenverWaterSoftenersCo
  • Damage resulting from abnormal water conditions (e.g., iron content above system specifications)
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable components (resin media, brine tank, salt)
  • Damage caused by flooding, fire, power surges, or other external events
  • Systems that have been relocated from the original installation address
  • Transfer of the system to a future homeowner or purchaser
  • Issues arising from pre-existing plumbing problems unrelated to our installation
